 Time to PLAY! Playgroup Yoga is a Waldorf-inspired yoga playgroup for kids ages 2 - 4, and their caregivers. Each class incorporates play that nurtures the head, heart, and hands. Classes include a combination of the following elements: movement, songs, rhymes, fingerplays, art, nature, toy exploration, stories, breathwork, mindfulness, relaxation, and yoga poses. The last 10 to 15 minutes are for snack-and-chat, a time to build community among caregivers while the littles enjoy a snack and continue their most important work - PLAY!

Hot Pot I.T.S. is a dynamic system of group Tribal Belly Dance, created by Amy Sigil, and made World famous by her performing group UNMATA.  Hot Pot I.T.S. can be danced to literally any music and carries the visual flawlessness of months of practiced choreography.
