Our studio was founded on the idea of authentic Yoga. We believe that Yoga is for everyone and every-body.
We teach taking Yoga to your personal edge; not too little and not too much. If everyone takes Yoga to their personal edge, then everyone is in exactly the same spot, achieving the exact same thing!
Each one of our Professional Instructors began Yoga with little or no flexibility-none of us could touch our toes! We have all been truly and profoundly affected by Yoga. We will be teaching and practicing Yoga for the rest of our lives.
Most of our Yoga styles are deeply rooted in the Eight Limbed Path of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. Classes are set to music and feature fluid transitions with a focus on audible breathing. Posture modifications will be offered throughout class to ensure that everyone can fully participate.
Are you ready? All you need to do is show up in comfortable clothing.
*Recommended age is 13 years old for adult Yoga classes

Punch cards expire after two months and can be used in all of our Yoga classes.
A slow-paced practice of mindful movement that focuses on joint mobility and health, conscious breathing, and present moment awareness. A regular practice improves everyday mobility and fascial tightness, reduces stress, and may help with insomnia, depression, and anxiety. This class is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels of experience; poses can be modified to fit your body’s unique needs. *This class uses props (bolsters, blankets, eye pillow, blocks, and straps) to support poses. While the studio has some available for your use, it is highly recommended that you bring your own from home if you have them.*
Open to all levels, this class may range from a Gentle pace to a Power Yoga paced class. Some heat will build and there may be introductions to more advanced postures. Flow classes focus on fluid transitions and breathwork with accessible variations for all levels.
